“With more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Ian has accumulated a full range of IT needs specialization from hardware, software, systems integration, and services.
Upon joining Trend Micro in February 2013 as a business manager, he was in charge of the company’s national sales business operations. Among his responsibilities include handling named accounts covering different sectors of Philippine market for security solutions — from endpoint to data center and virtualized environment, to private and public cloud infrastructure.
He served in the position of country sales director in April 2016 to October 2017 prior to appointment as the country manager of the company.
Ian also oversees the Distributors and Channels ecosystem in the Philippines and ensures customer satisfaction and loyalty by working with the TrendLabs APAC support team.
