ISOG I AM SECURE 2021 is designed to increase interaction, engagement, collaboration, connectivity in the cybersecurity community.
We value the participation of each member of the cyber industry and endeavor to deliver an engaging virtual summit. Summit participants are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, courtesy, and respect for others and maintain the highest level of professionalism at all session programs and networking activity. Disruptions that interfere with the summit experience for other attendees are not permitted. All attendees, speakers, organizers, partners, vendors, and even the organization are required to observe program schedule, summit manual, and other instructions which will be disseminated as the event draws near.
By joining in this Virtual Event you agree to these terms and conditions , which form a binding legal contract between the Virtual Summit owner (ISOG) and their organizer (XMS) and the sponsor (Participant). If you are registering on behalf of another individual, it is your responsibility to ensure the person participating is aware of these terms and accepts them. By completing the registration on behalf of another individual you are warranting that you have made the Participant aware of these terms and that they have accepted these terms.
1. Participant Requirements
1.1 Access. Your registration entitles you to access to the Virtual Summit for which you have registered.
1.2 Use of Likeness. By participating in the Virtual Summit you acknowledge and agree to grant ISOG through their organizer the right to record, live stream, or capture your likeness in any media now available or hereafter developed and to distribute, broadcast, use, or otherwise globally to disseminate, in perpetuity, such media without any payment to you. This grants ISOG through their organizer the right to edit such media, the right to use the media alone or together with other information, and the right to allow others to use or disseminate the media.
2. Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Limitations on Use. By registering to this Virtual Summit you agree not to sell, trade, transfer or share your access link and/or code, unless such transfer is granted by ISOG. If ISOG or its organizer determines that you have violated this policy, ISOG and the organizer may cancel your access and slot, retain any payments made by you, report you to law enforcement authorities, and ban you from future Virtual Summit and activities.
2.2 Disruptive Conduct. You acknowledge and agree that ISOG reserves the right to remove you from the Virtual Summit if ISOG, in its sole discretion, determines that your participation or behavior create a disruption or hinder the Virtual Summit or the enjoyment of the Virtual Summit content by other attendees.
2.3 Recording, Live Streaming, and Videotaping are not allowed in some sessions. Participants may not record or broadcast audio or video of sessions upon the advise of ISOG and its organizer.
2.4 Unethical/Non-Compliant Business Practices. ISOG and its organizer reserves the right to deny participation to anyone who engages in or is reputed to engage in unethical or non-compliant business practices.
2.5 In addition to the requirements and prohibitions set forth in this Section 2, ISOG may also exclude any prospective participant from registering for or participating in any Virtual Summit, in ISOG’s sole discretion.
3. Fees
3.1 Payment. The payment is only applicable to sponsors, there shall be no fees to be charged to any participant/attendee.
3.2 All sales to sponsor are final. No payments will be refunded or refundable. In no event shall ISOG through its organizer be only obligated to refund all or a portion of the sponsorship fee.
4. Quality Assurance
4.1 ISOG through its organizer strives to provide the most productive and effective experience possible. If after attending a Virtual Summit there is some way we can improve, kindly provide us in writing with your comments on the evaluation.
We will evaluate individual complaints in a context of collective comments from the Virtual Summit. As speakers are confirmed months before the Virtual Event, some speaker changes or topic changes may occur in the program. ISOG nor the organizer is not responsible for speaker changes, but will work to ensure a comparable speaker is located to participate in the program.
4.2 If ISOG and its organizer is prevented from carrying out its obligations as it pertains to the Virtual Summit you registered for as a result of any cause beyond its control, or such Virtual Summit cannot be Virtually conducted because of a software or issue with the hosting platform or due to acts of God,
